BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday held a formal welcome ceremony for Vietnam’s top leader To Lam during his state visit to China.
Xi, who is also General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, received To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President of Vietnam, in Beijing as part of official diplomatic engagements.
