Govt gives nod for revamping of parks in Rawalpindi under “Green Punjab Initiative”

Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development, Public Health Engineering Tayyab Farid visited PHA Rawalpindi and lauding endeavours of PHA vowed to upgrade parks of Rawalpindi under Green Punjab initiative.

Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development and Public Health Engineering visited PHA Rawalpindi.
Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority Ahmed Hassan Ranjha briefed Special Secretary Tayyab Farid about development projects of PHA and about plantation targets of PHA Rawalpindi and on other professional matters of PHA Rawalpindi.

Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development lauding efforts of PHA Rawalpindi for green development and renovation work in Parks of Rawalpindi announced that Punjab government is going to upgrade parks of Rawalpindi under Green Punjab initiative.

Director General PHA Ahmed Hassan Ranjha along with Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development Tayyab Farid also visited Shahbaz Sharif Park (Rawal Park Rawalpindi) and planted a sapling in the park.

Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development Tayyab Fareed said that Punjab government has aimed revamping of urban parks in Rawaloindi and this scenario, parks in Rawaloindi will be upgraded and renovated under Punjab Green Initiative.

DG, PHA Ahmed Hasan Ranjha also brief Special Secretary about plantation undertakings in Rawalpindi under PHA and other initiatives for beautification of Rawalpindi.

Special Secretary also lauded arrangements of PHA Rawalpindi for the visitors of public parks in Rawaloindi.

Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development Tayyab Farid appreciated efforts of PHA Rawalpindi for green development.
