ISLAMABAD, Oct. 29: On Saturday, the President/CEOs of the top commercial banks met with Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Finance and Revenue.
Finance SAPM Senior personnel from the Finance Division and the State Bank of Pakistan, as well as Tariq Bajwa, Tariq Pasha, Governor of the SBP, and Jameel Ahmad attended the meeting.
Senator Ishaq Dar highlighted the country’s general economic picture and said that thanks to the current administration’s astute and practical measures, the economy is on a growth trajectory.
He added that the government’s finances are entirely solvent and that it is fully dedicated to upholding its obligations to local and international organizations.
They were asked by the finance minister to contribute appropriately to the nation’s financial and economic stabilization and development.
The top bankers in Pakistan expressed complete faith in the macroeconomic policies of the government and gave the finance minister their unwavering commitment to Pakistan’s success.
