China’s State Council Information Office on Thursday released a white paper titled “China’s Arms Control, Disarmament, and Nonproliferation in the New Era.”
The document highlights China’s constructive role in global arms control and disarmament efforts, emphasizing its commitment to offering solutions and promoting international security. It reiterates that China remains a builder of world peace, a contributor to global development, and a defender of the international order.
The white paper outlines China’s policies and practices in traditional and emerging security domains, including outer space, cyberspace, and artificial intelligence.
It reaffirms Beijing’s dedication to safeguarding global peace and calls on all nations to strengthen cooperation in advancing international arms control.
