Beaconhouse National University (BNU), a pioneering not-for-profit liberal arts institution, has enhanced campus accessibility through the introduction of two advanced electric shuttle buses. These eco-friendly vehicles, provided via sponsorship from Chinese enterprise Times Ceramics operating in Pakistan, are designed to significantly improve mobility for students and faculty across the university’s extensive grounds.
BNU Vice Chancellor Dr. Moeed Yusuf emphasized the transformative impact of such endowments, particularly benefiting elderly faculty members and individuals facing mobility challenges. “This move will enhance accessibility on campus, ensuring a more inclusive environment for our academic community,” Dr. Yusuf stated. He highlighted the initiative’s role in fostering a supportive and accessible campus infrastructure.
