哈通社阿斯塔纳4月8日电 据《新疆日报》消息,中国新疆维吾尔自治区党委书记张春贤日前访问巴基斯坦。期间,新疆企业与这个与其接壤的国家签订了价值约20亿美元的合作协议。 张春贤还会见了巴基斯坦总理纳瓦兹•谢里夫。 21015年,中巴两国达成协议,将两国关系提升为全天候战略合作伙伴关系,并合作发展总值460亿美元的能源和基础设施项目,建立中方所说的”中巴经济走廊”,以帮助巴国提振基础设施和能源领域。 中国则在巴基斯坦瓜达尔市的港口获得设立自由贸易区的机会,以令完全内陆的新疆地区得以通过巴基斯坦获得通向阿拉伯海的通道,从而使中国商品能够从这条通道运抵欧洲的中东地区。 “中巴经济走廊是‘一带一路’旗舰项目”,《新疆日报》引述张春贤说,”新疆是丝绸之路经济带核心区,是中巴经济走廊起点,可以在推进中巴经济走廊建设中发挥重要作用……新疆也一直择时巴基斯坦当作优先合作伙伴。” 《新疆日报》指,在四天访问期间,张春贤和巴国总理谢里夫会面,并且访问了伊斯兰堡、卡拉奇市和瓜达尔港等地。 新疆企业与巴基斯坦政府和企业签署一系列合作协议,涉及国际物流、基础设施建设、互联网数据服务以及民生项目等。其中新疆能源企业特变电工与巴基斯坦尼沙特集团签订的火电站项目协议总投资近20亿美元。 谢里夫指,与中国的关系是巴基斯坦外交政策的基石,巴中经济走廊是巴国最大的对外综合项目,表示这一项目的建设将极大地促进巴基斯坦的整体发展水平。 《新疆日报》指,张春贤还考察了伊斯兰堡的清真寺,了解巴基斯坦宗教事务管理的做法。双方也将加强反恐领域的合作。
