AHSAN CALLS FOR STRENGTHENING PAKISTAN-CHINA INDUSTRIAL COOPERATION

Minister of Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has said that Pakistan-China industrial cooperation will make the country an economic hub in the region.

In a statement issued on Saturday, he said establishment of industrial zones will prove to be a milestone in creating numerous opportunities of investment in the country.

The federal minister said launch of the Chinese industries in Pakistan would help overcome unemployment and alleviate poverty in the country.

He said promotion of industrial development is fourth important pillar of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project.

Ahsan Iqbal said that different anti-state elements are engaged in working against CPEC and spreading concocted news, adding that these lobbies will bite the dust in their nefarious attempts.
