BEIJING,(Xinhua) — Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday said China stands ready to work with Finland to uphold the international system with the United Nations at its core and safeguard an international order based on international law.
Xi made the remarks during talks with Finnish Prime Minister Petteri Orpo at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, where Orpo is on an official visit.
He emphasized that China is willing to deepen cooperation with Finland to jointly address global challenges, promote a more equitable and orderly multipolar world, and advance inclusive and mutually beneficial economic globalization.
