BEIJING: Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin held high-level talks in Beijing on Wednesday, where they attended the opening ceremony of the China-Russia Years of Education, signed multiple cooperation documents, and issued a joint statement aimed at further strengthening comprehensive strategic coordination and deepening good-neighborly and friendly ties between the two countries.
During the visit, both leaders jointly oversaw a signing ceremony covering bilateral cooperation agreements and later addressed the media, emphasizing expanded collaboration across political, educational, and strategic sectors.
