Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz says China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) will hugely impact Pakistan as well as the whole region.
Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad on Thursday evening, he said CPEC will help in overcoming poverty, inequality and unemployment in the less developed areas of the country.
He said Pakistan’s trade and energy links with the Central and West Asian countries will be enhanced by CPEC.
Sartaj Aziz said Pak-China are time tested friends, despite major changes in the regional and global landscape.
