In a landmark moment for Pakistan’s automotive industry, a 50-member delegation of Pakistani officials and dealers from China-Pakistan joint-venture automakers participated in the Shanghai Auto Show 2025, marking the largest Pakistani presence in the event’s history, according to Gwadar Pro.
Among the participants were dealers and representatives from Master Changan, underscoring Pakistan’s growing role in the company’s global strategy. Their participation also included attending the 2025 Changan Automobile Overseas Partners Conference, where the Pakistani venture was officially recognized as a strategic component of Changan’s global “Vast Ocean Plan.”
