PHA renovates parks and green belts of Rawalpindi with winter flowers
Following the instructions of Director General PHA Ahmed Hassan Ranjha parks and green belts are decorated with winter flowers
On the special instructions of Director General Parks and Horticulture Authority Rawalpindi Ahmed Hassan Ranjha Winter flowers have been planted on green belts in various parks of Rawalpindi city. Green belts are being renovated with winter flowers and greenery to beautify the garrison city.
Ahmed Hassan Ranjha said that PHA Rawalpindi is continuing its determined efforts to ensure the beauty of the city and recreational facilities for its citizens. He said that with the winter season, various parks and green belts of the city have been specially decorated with winter flowers and the green belts are being decorated with beautiful flowers and plants.
He noted that PHA specially decorated the green belts of Rashid Minhas Road with seasonal flowers, which adds to the natural beauty and gives a sense of natural comfort to the passers-by. According to the PHA spokesperson, in the spirit of winter in Rawalpindi, flowering plants of marigold, calendula, zinnia, calamus and dahlia have been planted in the parks and green belts of the city, which adds to the comfort and beauty.
He said that the PHA is continuing the beautification and renovation of Rawalpindi’s parks and green belts as a mission. DG PHA Ahmed Hassan Ranjha also noted that main avenues of the Rawalpindi are also being decorated with portraits of national heroes of the country.
